Although these are running sneakers, they are not padded enough for running, but they are great for the gym. I really like the fit, comfort and look. I would never spend $100 on them, but Amazon had a great sale price.

PUMA Men's Cell Voltra SneakerThis is a perfect example of a shoe that looks absolutely great in pictures, but when you actually try it on, it's just terrible. That comfy, cushy looking outer sole turns out to be as rigid as concrete, so your foot can't flex or feel the ground at all when you run in them, and the impact just reverberates all the way up your leg. The upper is pretty stiff, too--they should have used a more pliable, form-fitting material. I can remember back in the day, when Puma made some great shoes--I had Puma track spikes, and a pair of Clydes that I used to play hoops in. But this shoe is a total FAIL--all style, no function.
