The sizing on this product runs small. I ordered a size 10 M (my normal shoe size) and my heel stuck off the sandal about 1/2 inch. The "soft leather upper" isn't soft at all, it is thick hard leather that doesn't flex or give much and I doubt it will soften up with use. I returned the pair I purchased for a refund.
