I always had a love for clarks from the time I was a little boy, it represented quality and style and seeing them coming back in full force in this modern day and age I had to get me another pair, great shoe, great price, great leather. CLARKS all the way baby yahhhhhhh.(Age 33)

I have been looking for a great pair of boots for a long time I've only seen these boots on a few people and they caught my attention. I looked them up online and read the reviews and I can only say that the rumors are true. Clarks makes on of the most comfortable boots I've worn. They look great with your favorite pair of Khakis or a good pair of jeans. The best thing to do when you buy them is go to a Pac Sun store at the mall and try them on first because they tend to run a little tight. Then if they aren't on special buy them online you'll save like $15-20. Im usually a 10-10.5 and I bought these in a 9 and they fit perfectly.

As I sit here writing this review I am currently wearing the Clarks Men's Desert Boot. I am a business development manager for a local manufacturing company so I wear them daily for my job. I work in the office behind a desk, but spend time on our shop floor walking from end to end of our plant (7 acres under roof). They are comfortable and lightweight. I wear them with Chino's mostly, but also with jeans. After reading several reviews I did take head to the size issue. I normally wear a size 13, but ordered the 12 (since they don't make 12-1/2's) and the fit like a glove.

Airy not heavy like most boots
Thin leather
Cons
Shows all scuff marks. Looks weathered quickly.
Sole wears quicker than expected
Not good on snow or ice!
Leather is rather stiff at first, but stretch out the more you wear 'em
Overall, I am pleased with the purchase and would recommend them to friends.

Great shoes. Much more comfortable than I expected. Very nice looking too!
I had to size down though, I'm usually an 8 or 8.5 but got a 7.5 which fits perfectly.
Also, if you get the suede ones (like the Oakwood) make sure to waterproof them and don't think you'll be able to keep them 100% clean... That's OK they look great worn in.
