Definitely Runs Large Apr 05, 2010
I had read several reviews on these shoes on another shoe site stating that they ran large and a bit wide. Then there were others who said they were just fine. Obviously, those people have wider feet. I am usually a spot on 7 1/2. I ordered my true size in the pewter color of these shoes. The 7 1/2 was not only very wide in the heel, but quite long overall. The toebox wasn't so wide that it wouldn't have been wearable, had the length been OK. BUT, even in a size that fit lengthwise, it would have been nearly impossible to keep these suckers from slipping off my heels. A shame too! These are a great neutral pewter, soft and well made... except for the odd sizing.
If you want to order these yourself: order a half size smaller... but only if you think your foot is wide enough to handle some extra width (especially in the heel).

These are well made simple flats. Reasonably priced, I usually wear a 71/2 or 8, but the 8 was too big for me. I would buy them again.
