I love Franco Sarto Shoes however, I ordered a size 5 from Amazon they shipped me a size 6 in a size 5 box and charged me to ship them back!!! They also would not replace them due to 3rd party vendor. Aside from that great shoe order them from somewhere else.

I received these shoes and loved them. I have 2 pairs in the black leather and was looking for a patent shoe. I thought it would be awesome if my Sarto's would come in patent. These were much cheaper than at Macy's. Got them in 3 days...TOO big. I returned them without a problem and received credit back a few days later. They didn't have my size :(. Otherwise...dealing with Shoemania was great...not complications at all. Will try again.

These are the most comfortable loafers I've ever owned. Great fit, comfortable soles, like walking on a cushion. Highly recommended.

I have these in another color in a wide and they fit just fine. These however were not the same fit. Extremely uncomfortable in the same size and width. I was sad because they are a great work shoe. I had to return them and find something else.

Great Shoe!! So glad they carry it in a wide size and a 6W too!! Great leather and comfortable to wear and walk in. Very well made shoe.
