Love the boots, hated the service! Mar 22, 2010
I loved my new rainboots, they are really everything I wanted and definitely worth the price. I usually wear an 8 1/2 but I bought a 9, I probably could have fit in the 8 just fine because the 9 is a bit big but they're SO comfortable I could careless what size they are! I could walk around and wear them all day, no problem. My one problem is not with the shoe but with the company. It happened to snow a day or two after I ordered the boots which then delayed my rainboots coming in for an entire WEEK. I think it's a bit ridiculous, especially since I live in NYC and the boots were coming from NYC. It wasn't even a bad snow storm and the company didn't even offer me any sort of future discount or anything for having to wait. I think good customer service says a lot about a company's morals and this company doesn't have that.
