Not as good as they used to be. May 20, 2010
I love Dansko so much that I have 6 pair but ordered this one and they did not fit as well as they used to and have found out Dansko has sold the line and they are now produced in China. Sanita is now the company that Dansko was, they essentially sold the name and continued on under another one. I'm considering returning them.

Hard to walk in Mar 22, 2010
I bought a pair of Mary Janes three years ago, since I loved the clogs and liked the look of this shoe. But they have proved very uncomfortable if compared with the clogs. I seem to carry the weight of the show on the strap across my foot: when I lift the foot, the clog is quite loose and is only kept in place by the strap. This adds constant pressure to the upper part of my foot and can be uncomfortable if I walk for a long time. I kept them because they are cute, and have walked on them every now and then, when I couldnt wear my clogs for some reason, with the same result. They are ok if I am not going to be walking much, but what is the point of wearing such a sizable shoe instead of high heels if I'm going to be sitting around? My mistake might have been to get them in the same size as the clogs, but I would recommend you not to buy them unless you've been able to try them on.
