Unsatisfied Oct 06, 2009 The company was rude and unprofessional in their handling of this product and in their conversations with me.
Comfort plus!!! My piggies don't squeal! Mar 18, 2009 Finally, a shoe with enough toe room! I am tired of shoes that pinch the toes, so when I found this shoe, I bought it in two colors. I love the fit and feel! I highly recommend it.

Great comfort at a reasonable price! Mar 30, 2008 A friend recommended these. I have a lot of problems with my feet and need something cushioned and comfortable, yet cute to wear with casual clothes. These are perfect for that. The only issue I had was with the fit. My instep is a bit high, so these are tight. However, I stretched them a bit and now have broken them in just fine.

The most comfortable shoe ever Jan 29, 2008 Unstructured, or Un Pump as you label them, are by far, the most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever worn. The padding in the footbed is unbelievable. It provides great support and cushioning all day. When I'm wearing them, I love to slip them off just so I can slip them back on again and feel the comfort they provide. I liked my brown pair so much, I bought a second pair in olive green. Part of their comfort is due to the rounded toe, which admittedly lends a slightly nerdy look. I'm not sure I would wear these with a skirt, but with slacks or jeans, they look great and there is nothing to compare for all day foot massaging comfort.

ouch Nov 29, 2007 the UnPump had a very narrow and tall heel. The stiff leather rubbed up onto my ankle bone and I've never had a shoe of this type rub there before. It didn't seem like the kind of rub that would improve with time so I returned them.
