 I love my Teva wedge! Jul 18, 2010
Wow! Amazon had the best price out there. These are cute shoes that go with anything. The best feature is that they feel like you are walking on PILLOWS!!!!!! Get them!

I purchased these shoes because I wanted a wedge version. I currently own several pairs of similar style Tevas (older models), therefore I am not surprised by how cute they look. The heel is not super high as on some other wedge shoes. Appears higher in the pictures. Looks like it's 2+ inches at its highest point, but it's more like 1.5 inches because there is a dip on the footbed.
These shoes live up to Teva's reputation for comfortable shoes, however, I have to deduct a star for the stitching on the footbed. It's not irritating, but for me it's very noticeable since all my other pairs of Tevas have 100% suede (smooth) footbed. The rings do not bother me, but perhaps it may bother someone with wide feet, straining against the rings. (In older models, the rings were made out of the same leather as the shoes, making it more comfortable.)
I have purchased all my Tevas in the same size. The lengths of the footbeds all vary. Personally, the length of these shoes fit me the best out of all the pairs. For someone else, it may run a size smaller. The other difference is that the velcro strap appears to be a tad bit shorter. It's just long enough for me, but if you have a wide instep, some portions of the velcro will be exposed.
As others have mentioned, these shoes are cute and versatile -- wear with skirts, pants, shorts, etc. In general, I am pleased with these shoes, however, I wouldn't recommend these shoes for people with wide feet.

I purchased the Ventura Cork 2 Wedge Sandal in Blue Plaid. I wanted a solid color, in leather, but the clearance price for the plaid sandals was too good to pass up! They are lightweight and very comfortable! They fit true to size as well. I noticed that some other reviews mentioned that the metal decoration squished their toes, but I have not experienced that at all. I wear them out and about and they go great with jeans, shorts, casual dresses. The heel is slightly over 2", so it's enough to give the sandal a fashionable look, but not make walking difficult. These were a great buy - the classic Teva comfort with a trendier look.
Great shoe for the price Jun 03, 2010
I was looking for a cute comfortable sandal that I could keep up with my active 3 year old in. These sandals are perfect. The wedge is just the right height and they are very comfortable when you are on your feet all day. The medal ring did rub a little. They were worth every penny of the 29.97 I paid for them!

These shoes are NOT comfortable for an entire day. I bought these shoes to wear in the office and for the limited walking I do during the work day. I am sad to report that the metal on the sandal really squishes my little toes. After one day of wear I have blisters on both sides of my feet.
Other reivewers have claimed this sandal is great for all day - I have to disagree.
These are not the sandals to buy if you want to wear them and be comfortable all day.
